Not really good at these things so I was wondering if you guys could build it for me
I have a budget of $1000
If you could do this for me I would be so grateful and would leave you some reputation if thats what you want lol...

I don't need a mouse or monitor
I don't need a keyboard
An operating system would be nice preferably Windows 7
Currency is CAD
I will mainly use this computer for gaming..

I'd get this;

It's a little over, but worth it. Get an aftermarket CPU cooler if you decide to overclock the 4690k.
