HD PVR definitly, there quite high in price because they are easy to use and are very good quality, black magic intensity pro is alot harder to use..

you need to build it into your computer (desktop)
they take up alot of memory
you need a pretty decent computer for the graphics to be good.
but they are HDMI quality.

get HD PVR.
