Hello, my friend seems to be having this problem when downloading his digital copy of AW on XB1. He has been downloading for a while now and was only at 35% and was getting bandwidth usage of like 1.6 mbps and he paused the download and resumed to see if it would pick up speed and instead it reset him 10% and put him back down at 25% at the same slow dl rate.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do to speed it up?
