Coming from a family who only drives BMWs & myself i own three. I am going to say the BMW will give you a better driving experience and driving quality. Lexus you're only going to be driving it because they consider it a "luxury" car.

The Lexus will yield lower cost of ownership over time - low maintenance costs and good gas mileage etc. The BMW will provide a more performance oriented driving experience but will cost you much more and will be less reliable without a doubt. That's just German cars for ya, the Japanese cars are too good to pass up unless you have too much money to spend on regular car maintenance.

Bred wrote So I plan on getting a car in a month but I'm stuck between these two cars. The first car is a 2010 Lexus IS 250 AWD. The second is going to probably be 2010 BMW 328i xDrive. Out of those two which one would you pick?
Its a pain in the ass to run subs in a bmw. so, lexus

Honestly, I'd go with the BMW. If you don't care about performance I'd go with the Lexus then.
