ok when you open up xport 360 go partician 3 content find your profile. Find mw2 gpd then extract it to your destop. open up modio put your profile in it click mod file on the bottom. Mod whatever you want. Go to the advanced tab and put the custom dvars in it.

now go to the first tab and click rehash and resign. wait a couple of seconds then x out of modio. Open hash block calculator click tools, calculate hash blocks wait a couple of seconds then close it. Go back to xport 360 where your savegame is and insert the one on ur desktop and click yes to all and close that and resume your game and there u go.
