A. Didn't download anything fishy, preformed several virus scans.
B. Didn't log in anywhere.
Anyone can be hacked, so don't make out it's always the persons fault.

You don't just get hacked. Something happened that you either downloaded or logged into that stole your information.

EA support is miles ahead of Steam. That is coming from somebody who has 700+ games on Steam and 30 or so on Origin and has had to deal with support from Steam and EA.
