Boot into cell with it disconnected from the internet, if its wired unplug it, wireless shut your router off for a min.

Also try putting the usb in when it has booting into Xell and seeing if it reads it.

try using a nand flash previous to the one that you're trying now. If that doesnt work, try a different usb. if it STILL doesnt work, it might be related to a soldering/sata cable problem.

So after that you will have nandflash and all the rawflash v4 files on your memory stick. thats everything i have plugged in, even took out my hdd ^^

And are you using the flshdump.bin you got from flash 360 when the console was working?

yeah using the flashdmp i was using before i put a new kv on it :\
