Unplug all unnecessary cables (Wireless Adapter, HDD etc) and only have your USB, Power a Cord and HDMI in then try the reflashing old NAND thing like B-2 said.

Try using a memory stick (1GB to 16GB), as I'm not sure if massive hdds work with xell.

Get your old nand (one before you flashed) then delete ALL content on the usb and mayhbe even do a windows repair on it. then put udpflash.bin on the usb. Go to your xbox. Turn it off for 30 seconds. Plug in the usb. open the disc tray. it should detect and reflash. as soon as its done, turn xbox off and wait 30 seconds.

Get your flashdump.bin that you dumped for flashing the kv to the nand rename it to nandflash... then download rawflash v4 extract all the files to your usb stick. So after that you will have nandflash and all the rawflash v4 files on your memory stick. Plug that into your console and boot into xell it should turn black then flash that to your nand then when it says shut down... power off your console... unplug power cord for about 10-30 seconds plug back in and turn on.. and if you did it right it shouldboot up
