You need to upload the image to an image hoster like imgur.com or photobucket.
Take the link of the image and place it inside the img tags

first put it on your computer
second, make imgur account and upload the desired pick to it and copy the link once done
third, when you make a post, click on the pic icon or the thing that says pic then just paste the link on there wether its a avatar or banner whatever it maybe it works the same way, if you dont have a computer then skip step one haha
