Use a bypass? Xblse files have a built in bypass in them.

Yes as long as you boot up bo2 and multiplayer not signed in.

Make sure you get a new unbanned KV, i would get an unshared one myself.

Use either XBLS stealth server or XBLSE Lifetime free server as they both have a bo2 bypass

with XBLSE Lifetime your KV will probably last 2 days or so before it gets banned.

make sure when you boot up your console you do not sign in straight away.Load up your Mods through Neighborhood etc, then sign in when you are at the bo2 multiplayer menu.

If the console is still banned i would try spoofing your MAC address as your IP has probably been flagged which means all consoles on the IP you are using wont be able to go online.
