Anyone eliminated trunk rattle? Mine flexes the license plate at least half an inch. Most of the rattle is coming from my latch, and under the bumper. Whatcha got for me?

Sound deadening tape? trunks lined with stop rattling For the license plate try rubber washers or peel and seal the back.

I know there is some type of tape you can buy that you put on the back of the license plate so it doesn't hit the car

I lined the trunk lid with dynamat extreme, and covered the licence plate with weather stripping foam. physically impossible for it to make noise by hitting the car.

I was talking to my neibor today trying to findout what he used and he used the dynamat on the licence plate and inside of the trunk. Did you get the problem fixed?

hell no, man. I used 2 layers of extreme dynamat on the trunk lid. It sounds so solid, but still rattles like a mofo. I want to find some way to tighten my trunk latch...
