You should find a reputable local tuner and talk with them that way you can come up with a plan so that way you are not doing things that you will later have to change or do again. The price might be around 6k but don't forget the average of $100ish/hr for labor which makes doing things in a certain order wise.

I take an auto class in school and we're allowed to bring our own cars so I could do it from there in case I need a lift for example the tires. I would be cutting the cost doing it myself.

Yeah it's a fun class too. I started in Auto I in my sophomore year of High School. Now I'm a Junior in Auto II and we're like an actual auto shop. Teachers and students bring us their cars to work on all sorts of jobs from oil changes to anything possible.
