Local game stores usually sell it early to compete. I got Ghosts and Black Ops 2 a day early because of my local game shop. By local I mean stores that aren't anywhere else other than your town.

In california. Just google "Game stores near (your location)" They sell it for the retail price too so you won't have to pay like $200 to get it early.

I believe that's what the store is called, I really love going to those stores because they let you test the game before you buy it and they have great customer service.

If you can't find any stores like that, try craigslist. It will be a bit pricey (70-80$)
Craigslist is legit sometimes too, I got a couple games early from there.
