is there any good way to get legendary engrams because im telling u the whole time ive been on level 20 and past i cannot find 1 and i did all the strikes over and over again.

The only way to get legendary Gear is from the Crucible Handler/Vanguard and purchase it from them. But those Gear will only get you to about Level 28 Since they do not give you 30 light fully upgraded.
Another way to get Gear easier is to play the Vault Of Glass Raid. Which will get you to Level 30 If you fully upgrade the legendary gear from this Raid.
The Easiest way to get legendary gear is to Rank up the Cryptarch. Master Rahool will Give you up to 3 legendary engrams each time he levels up from all the engram you decrypt. So you need to farm them engrams and rank up the cryptarch if you want to get legendary gear faster.
