Is there currently anyway to preorder AW on Xbox 360 digitally because I'm cheap and I want the free upgrade to Xbox one , and I also want to be able to play a day early

Yes, search for Advanced Warfare on the dashboard and you can preorder it from there!

EDIT: I might have spoken too soon. I know that you CAN preorder Advanced Warfare on the dashboard but I'm not so sure if it's available for preorder just yet. Please let me know whether or not you can! If you can't, don't worry. You will be able to preorder the game digitally soon.

There is no way to preorder just yet on 360 only on one. Buy the game on xbox 360 when it comes out then upgrade. For your sake I hope you can preorder.
