Have you got xbdm.xex as a plugin? Are you putting ip in correct?

Put xbdm.xex as first plugin, make sure you're on the same internet as your computer, launch FSD and your consoles IP will be in the bottom left corner. Enter that IP into neighborhood and press next, check the radio button that says set as default console and you're done
