I really wanted the sniper but barely got enough strange coins this morning but xur is gone so will it ever come back or is there another way for me to get it?

Not sure if your able to get them from random drops or exotic bounties but that will be the only way from now on

I doubt it will be up for sale again, but you can just randomly earn it like any other exotic weapon.

If he offers items only once then in a few weeks he will be out of stock, like permanently. So I'm sure he'll offer it again, it is just going to take a while.

You can still get it as a drop and I'm sure he'll be selling it again, no telling how long it will take but their aren't very many exotic guns so it's bound to be sold again.

There is always the chance you can get it again, could be some time but of course you'll have another chance to own it.
