2. What are the chances of getting banned? (You are modifying files)

It's 360 or PS3!
The chances of getting banned are slim. Aslong as you're not Showing off in everygame you join there shouldn't be a problem, It would be really good for car shows and trolling I guess.

I asure you this is not fake. The reason I created this post was because I was in a game with a guy who had a Muscle car Engine sticking out the front of a Zentorno. I thought it was a modded lobby, but he told me he used a Usb, So I searched it up
