on 9/25 or 9/26 when the servers were up and down my points never went through, last week I simply showed them the evidence of purchase, they looked through my purchases and saw where I never spent them due to their non-existence and after about an hour or two I got my points. If you say you never received it but actually did, thats fraud which is easily a ban and if done repeatedly maybe as far as fines and jail time, which I doubt they could jail you but who knows....
