Yesterday, both Mega Beedrill and Mega Pidgeot were both confirmed in the Japanese CoroCoro magazine. This is the same magazine that announced the megas first for X&Y as well as showing their art. They have been no different with ORAS, and yesterday they confirmed both of these Pokmon including showing the art for the megas of the eon duo, Latias and Latios.

Mega Beedrill's type will be Bug/Poison and will have the ability Adaptability. It will see a nice increase of attack and speed!

Mega Pidgeot will also retain its type with Normal/Flying type and will have the ability No Guard. It will see a major increase in Special Attack.

Even though Latiosite/Latiasite had been found in X&Y months ago through Powersaves, they have finally been confirmed!

"During the game, the player can befriend Latios or Latias. Using the Eon Flute, the player can summon it and freely fly through the sky on its back, and can even turn and speed up at will. Latios appears in Omega Ruby, while Latias appears in Alpha Sapphire." Translated from CoroCoro.

According the CoroCoro, players will be able to befriend Latios and Latias in their respective games, and summon them using the Eon Flute and take to the skies! You can turn and speed up whilst flying! Latios will be present in Omega Ruby, and Latias will be present in Alpha Sapphire.

The next issue of CoroCoro will apparently contain the serial code to download the Eon Ticket, which allows players to travel to Southern Island and catch the respective member of the Eon Duo.

There are new areas called Mythical Places, which can be found on islands and in clouds in the sky. Legendary Pokmon from previous games can be found in Mythical Places. With only Pokmon X and Y and Pokmon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, all Legendary Pokmon can be found (but not necessarily all Mythical Pokmon).

With the release of ORAS at the end of November, next month's edition of CoroCoro will be released on the 15th November, and will contain the last bits of information before the release of ORAS.
