You can't do much trading with only 5k that would make that much profit.

You could try searching for gold players by putting the settings on min. price 150 and max price 200, and you should find loads of players with about 30 secs left on them, and bid on some for 250 coins each, and with 5k you should be able to win about 3 or 4 of them, which is 200 coins profit.

From there, the more coins you make, the more players you can bid on, so with the coins you have at your disposal at the minute, this seems like the most likely method for you.

You could always build a cheap team and play some online/offline seasons and get coins that way, you would probably earn about 3k alone by doing Div 10 on offline seasons - probably the most profitable method for you.

Doesn't work everyone just bids like 200-300 and you've lost your bid, tried this for about 10 minutes didn't get 1 player.
