Do you have neighborhood set up, and on the same network that your console it on?

Do you have the proper plugins that the tool requires?

Make sure your Firewall is not blocking them
Make sure the plugins are setup in dashlaunch
Make sure your Xbox and Computer are on the same network

Do you have all your plug ins set and saved to the root of the HDD
