help me i have bought a new pc for gameing and thisng still lag even the games that run on low specs

What games are you trying to run? Those parts are quite outdated.

Brand new...

Maybe 3/4 years ago but outdated by today's standard

I would get a refund from where ever you got it from or your going to have to splash out more on upgrading

As above, the parts are pretty damn old. When they were new they were lower end.
