I need any help i can get, So i'm trying to connect to my xboxlive and whenever it connects, 1 second later it disconnect. Can someone tell me why? My wifi is working fine on my laptop and mobile devices. Is it maybe my power saving option on my Modem or is my modem just broken in some cases? Plus when i run a test connection, it says Matchmaking Service Alert. Xbox Support couldn't figure this out.

Hey try unplugging your Xbox and wait for about 10 seconds and then plug it in and forget your network and run the test again , if that dosent work try unplugging your router and wait for 30 seconds and plugging it back in and retry the test

Sounds like your profile is corrupt, delete your profile, then re-download it
