Has anyone ever gotten gauntlets or boots? I've done the Queen's Wrath a thousand times on all three of my characters and only got a helmet and chestplate.

I believe that's what you only get. I heard someone saying they got a ship from it though.

Yeah, I also got a ship and a sniper. I also heard that this event was only for people struggling to get legendary gear so that makes sense if you don't get those

I have had one Gun
The Supremacy Sniper Rifle
But yeah apart from that one gun I have had nothing but Helmets and Chest pieces
I have had 7 Helmets and 6 Chest Pieces
All sitting in my Vault taking up space

you do get a ship from it and I have heard of the sniper but I think that the chest and helmet are the most common items.

I have one sniper The Supermacy and rest Helmet/Chestplates. You can't even get shards from them anymore guess no more queen missions for me.
