I noticed there are not any threads about the news of league. Feel free to discuss about the news listed or not listed. I will also try to keep this updated as much as I can.

Azir's win rate is 30%, may even be record low. I think this is pretty crazy, it seems like Riot is having a competition on which champion designer can make the lowest win rate champion possible lol. I haven't seen any good Azir's so far and it's pretty insane how to win rate is that low. Almost all Azir's I have been matched with have been awful. What are your thoughts? Is he hard to play, or a bad champion?

Championship Shyvana has been announced a few days ago and I am actually very excited, it will be on the market after Worlds, or you can go to world and get a skin code, you can read more about it and look at the animations etc. at this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Sion is getting a rework and I am biased on this one. I think that this is well over due and he needed it but the other half of me doesn't want it. He is going to be more AD based instead of AP based which makes me upset because I loved AP Sion. Included with his ability rework he is getting visual updates also which I am excited for.

There is a new gamemode coming soon called Hexakill on Twisted Treeline. It is a 6v6 game mode which seems insane. I couldn't imagine fitting 6 people on a map such as that. It does sound like a lot of fun but it seems like a bit much for me.

Blitzcrank is receiving a new texture updated which looks amazing. All of his skins are affected and it just looks great. I love seeing Riot making changes like this to champions. It really brings out the potential they have in making them. The video [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] will show you all of the changes and it has before - after comparisons. When comparing the two, the new one looks like its from a different game.

Balance Changes

Champions:
Ezreal
Rising Spell Force (Passive) increases Ezreal's attack speed by 6 seconds up from 5 seconds
Mystic Shot (Q) AD ratio increased to 1.1 from 1.0
Lucian
Relentless Pursuit (E) mana cost increased to 40/30/20/10/0 from 0.
Tristana
Attack speed per level lowered to 2.5% from 4%
Rapid Fire (Q) Duration lowered to 5 seconds from 7 seconds
Rapid Fire (Q) attack speed bonus increased to 30/50/70/90/110 from 30/45/60/75/90
Yui wrote New splash arts for upcoming visual splash art upgrades and skin concepts have been released for Patch 4.18.

Nice topic i was checking these out on the PBE. Sion hsa a glitch with homeguard boots that makes him walk underground funny ASF.

Nice post. Im really upset about Sion getting a rework too, AP sion is one of the fun unqiue champions, and Riot is turning him into a boring standard fighter, just like they did with Yi. Rly happy about championship shyvana though

I'm happy that Blitzcrank is getting a texture update, his old texture is so old and clunky. I hope that they give him the full treatment like they did to Master Yi and Sion soon.

Yeah but i hope they dont change the Riot blitz too much i went to worlds to get that shit XD same with championship thresh.

Really nice topic, I like the way it's coordinated as if it was an actual Riot post, so kudos to you. It's nice to come in here and read some League related news, I'm starting to get back into Leagues and I'm glad they're making some changes around the battlefield.
