can someone link me a tut on how to update my console?

Download and install XeBuild GUI 16767.
Download Dashlaunch 3.12
Download Flash360 (phat) or Simple NAND Flasher (slim)
Dump your NAND onto a USB.
Boot XeLL and find your CPUKey and DVDKey.
Open your NAND in XeBuild and enter in your CPUKey to decrypt.
Make sure your correct DVDKey and OSIG are set.
Go and select 16767 as your dash.
Click Generate Hacked Image.
Place the updflash.bin that was created onto the root of your USB or in the same folder as SNF or Flash360.
Load up SNF or Flash360 and it should auto detect and update.
