I was wondering this because i turned in all 5 vanguard bounties at the same time then did the final 6th one and turned that in but didn't get the option for an exotic bounty.

Apparently you get them randomly, I have done what you have and haven't gotten one either.

Theres no set way to get them, they're a random reward. The whole "turning in bounties all at once" thing isn't true. I've gotten one while turning in bounties and another from the crucible. The bounties thing is just by chance.

I agree, they are random. But I'll explain how I got my exotic bounty. I accepted the vanguard bountys the day before and never had a chance to do them. So when the next day started I finished yesterday's. Then today's. Then I also finished the crucible bountys. I believe if you turn in around 10-15 in a day your chances are higher to get the exotic bounty
