Hey guys i cant seem to find the answer to this but i want to jailbreak my device and i do not care about warranty ect but my actual plan, will i lose the ability to have 3g and calls amd ect if i jailbreak?

My iPhone 4s is jailbroken, yet I still can call/text/use 4g with no problems.

It will be fine i jail broke2 iPhone 4s and 5 without any problems. The easiest jail breaking tool to use is pangu

The answer to the bold-ed question you put above, is no. You do not lose anything from jailbreaking except for your warranty on the phone in certain cases.
To jailbreak your iPhone, I would need to know what your version is and what device you have. But I will link you to the most up to date jailbreaking tutorial and download link in the hopes your device is able to be jailbroken because of it being updated enough!

Its all good to jailbreak iphone 5s i have one and its jailbroken and theres no problems everything works fine
