All of you guys are probably farming that stupid cave spot in Cosmodrome.. Those mobs are level 5-6 and are incapable of giving good loot from their engrams. All blues will revert to a lvl 16-18 piece and purples will revert back to materials or blue items. I have seen very very few people actually get something good from that cave. Maybe try and actually play the game and do some strikes or try the raid with some friends and I guarantee you will start seeing better loot. I've almost got my 2nd character maxed with full Legendary gear and I've gotten several exotics, never once did I get something good from that cave.

I just got a legendary from the mail and it was for a chest peace. I de crypted it and got an exotic gun for the first time. Now I am getting legendary engrams more than I did before. I got 3 in thirty minutes which is pretty crazy.
