I am using a 26 inch tv and everything is blurry on hdmi. Also the start menu and program's come up smaller than everything else, how do I fix it? Also my stock cooler is making a loud noise and my temps go up really quick when i am on a game or downloading on steam for a few minutes.
Graphics Card- R9 280x
CPU- 8320

Adjust the resolution of your computer to suit the TV you are using as a monitor via the control panel. Also the loud noise and increased temperatures is completely normal for what you are saying.

Neptune blue- I know it's quite bad as I found out the hard way and I have installed all of the drivers but I'm not sure if they are correct.

Hmm the case doesn't seem to be the problem..

Try this to see if you're using a incorrect driver release

I'm going to try my spare tv to see if the tv I'm using currently is the problem.

CCC automatically sets the underscan/scaling to -10% when you connect a display with HDMI. Make sure it's set to zero.

Also make sure that the pixel format is correct and you're using the correct scan type (1080i, or interlaced vs. 1080p, or progressive).

Honestly you should connect using a DVI-D adapter instead of HDMI. This way you can get 144 Hz especially if you are a PC gamer.

You will always get this on some TVs, i had it. I spent 2 days on like 3 different forums asking for help but nothing worked. Use a real monitor as it's optimised for computers, TVs aren't.
