Its all to a bit basic to me, the main focal point of the banner should be your main text which to me looks blurred ...the social media icons are similar not sharp or contrasted. Also there no flow going on at all so im not sure where the main viewing point should be?

A key pointer when designing is thinking to yourself what so i want the main feature (focal) to be !.. in this circumstance its the main text right? So basically a few simple tricks to get everyone to focus on the focal are :

1. Darken the edges so there drawn to the middle of the banner

2. Apply the image with a blur and use the rubber tool around the focal so it stands out more then the background. This can be done with masked layers which you will learn after.

3. Go with No.1 and darken the edges and add some gradient layers/mask to the banner messing about with the optacity until you get a nice flow.

4. CURVES << These are Vital on any design and this can help control your light-source, these will only need minor movement until you see a major difference.

Any problems feel free to message me im willing to help bro
