I know many of you have iPhones and used the newest feature to mute notifications, yet I STILL GET THEM! I do the mute option but then I still get the BANNERS! Please help

turn on Do Not Disturb and completely disable notifications for the apps that are causing you to still get notifications

    Disabling Notifications directly from your control center, as well as in the app if possible will work. If that does not work, re-install the app, choosing to NOT receive notifications. Hope I helped.

All you have to do to remove notifications of all kinds is go into Settings and then go to Notifications and lastly turn off notifications for whatever app is bothering you.
