I heard xbox 360 will be shutting their service down in a few years? is this true? and will we have to get xbox one/ ps4 to play online?

I highly doubt it. They still make quite a bit of money from the 360. Seeing that games are still being developed for the 360, I don't see it shutting down.

Xbox 360 will continue to be supported for 3 years by developers.

Live might stay up an extra 1-2 years after the devs stop supporting it.

Hopefully by the time that happens the xbox will be reduced in price instead of 389GBP is just ridiculous!!

390 is not a bad price the xbox 360 cost that at one point. I paid 450 for my xbox one and it was worth every penny i even preorded but i didnt receive the free game because i was too late but still worth it

360 will be out of fashion in about 2 years, the next gen consoles will be everywhere

I think we have a long time before they make xbox 360 come to an end. They are still making a lot of money.
