Im modding Halo 3 50s and EXP for free. I am not modding a specific playlist 50 unless asked because it takes hours to do it depending on your EXP on your playlist.

Idk I will see that stuff is available. I know a lot is possible because I've seen it when the game came out but probably the basic rank mod and aimbot stuff if there's tools for it

50 is the max highest skill and exp defines the levels within that highest skill
A 45 with 700 exp is a brigadier but a 45 with like 10000 exp is a brigadier general
50 is a general and a 50 with 5000 exp is a 5*
