So im thinking of buying a jtag/rgh. i want to mainly mod games to play online too. i have heard that a triple nand rgh console is best but not 100% sure?
also, would i need physical copies of the games to mod them/play them online? as i already have an xkey, most of my games are on an external hard drive.
and as for getting it online i understand i would need a kv and xblse? which i can get from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ?

Well a triple nand is honestly pointless. It was used before so one could have an RGH nand, DevKit nand, and a retail nand.
Devkits and rgh's do just about the same exact thing. If you already have a retail xbox, you don't even need a dual nand. An rgh will be just fine. Ive never used an xkey but I figure you can use your external and play those games (although I'm not 100% sure). Rgh's can "back up" games so you don't need a disc to play.
As far as xbls goes, your link is down so I cant see what service you're looking at but XBLSE is a reliable service to go through although it's pretty expensive. After so long of playing online, you will be banned so new kv will get you back online.
