it was bought before they made changes to cars sale prices, so they blocked you from selling it so you couldn't have the possibility of glitching at a high price.

You either have a duplicated car (Used Elegy to dupe it with)

Or you've most likely used a glitch to increase the selling value of the car if not I have no idea
