So with the new FX Processors coming out and the HUGE price drops from the 9370 and 9590 I've decided to change my plans of buying a whole new Motherboard and Intel CPU for my Work pc and instead just upgrade to the 9590 for $220 (Plus price of the cooler). Im also upgrading to the 8370 on my gaming pc. To help pay for the cooler I decided to sell my 8350 from my work computer. So after selling that and putting some more into the budget I have around $185 to purchase 2 CPU coolers.
Now for my Gaming PC Build Im definitely using the Corsair H60 (If I go with water cooling) considering that's the only one I could find with a radiator that would fit in my case without obstructing the cpu 8 pin connector or the top of the motherboard. So I need recommendations for coolers to use whether they are water or air. My Case is the Corsair 230t Graphite Orange and there will more than likely be issues with the RAM when using air cooling.
Now I need help finding a Cooler that would be great for the 9590 as It does require liquid cooling. I was Looking into the Corsair H100i and I need recommendations on other cpu coolers that are good and can keep this Extremely power hungry cpu cool. Howevery this cpu cooler can't go over $120 has the last $60 is going to a cooler for the 8370 in my gaming build. My Work Case is a Corsair Graphite 760t

So Remember I need recommendations for 1 Air/Water cooler worth $60 for the 8370 and a recommendation for a liquid cooler $120 for the 9590

For the FX9590 which motherboard will you use? 220w TDP is likely to destroy the VRM on most motherboards on the market so I would highly suggest a strong board or not getting that chip. A H100i is average on those chips to be honest due to massive heat output, so bigger the better within your budget. If you can fit a H105 that would be better.
From what I understand, you want a H60 on a FX8370? Just no, they are terrible watercoolers and tbh you could get a much better aircooler for the same price.
Also even though they are "new" processors they are still based on the old architecture so don't expect a big jump in performance. You'll only get the clock speed performance gain.
TL;DR? I'd say spend all that money on a Xeon or a i7 on X99 if you really wanna spend big money.

In my work PC I use an Asus crosshair V formula-Z Motherboard, Which i've seen is able to support it, and the main reason I picked the h60 is so the radiator would fit, But If you can find me a radiator that is the same size thats better (I dont expect to overclock at first with the 8370). But for the 9590 I will probably take your advice and go with the h105 (Mainly for the different color accents it offers lol). And the main reason I don't use intel/upgrade to intel is Im a strong supporter of AMD and I have always used there products and I've never really seen the need for an Intel CPU in my case as They dont offer much to me. But I might be upgrading in a few years when prices on their new cpu starts to climb down.

Yeah the Crosshair V Formula-Z is fine for the FX9590. You mean the thickness of the radiator or the actual dimensions of the H60?
I understand that you're comfortable with AMD processors but Intel beat them in almost every category except price, but you're considering the AMD chips that are similar prices to the i5's.

Yes I'm considering the Thickness of the Radiator (I was going to use the H80i). I know intel beats AMD alot but when I've done real world testing I realised that the difference for me was not a huge deal (For some people it is) Now a few months ago I will say this, the 9590 was probably the worst buy on the market I mean that price to performance ratio was outrageous, But thank god the price dropped significantly. But Im not that big of a performance demanding person. But I will never buy an i5 Im sorry I just won't If I buy intel it will be the Pentium g3258 (which Im doing a build with right now) or an i7. I just do not like the i5's im sorry lol

There is sense in you yet then, good. G3258 is masterrace with i7's being acceptable. i5's are terribad except the one in my lappy.

The H60 isnt going to cut it for the heat monster that you want to put under it.
Im currently re-overclocking my 8320 to around 4.6/7 trying for 4.8Ghz stable.
At 4.6, it maxes at 55/60 degrees which is the recommended max for these chips.
Ive had to put an 80MM fan on the mosfets just to keep them cool, but your mobo that you want should do the trick.
Its very hard to cool these chips. I suggest either getting an H100I or equivalent or going the Intel route.
