Yeah it's a decent build, if you plan to push the over clocking high then you may want a bigger water cooler and i'd change that power supply to something else but thats personal preference.

Still within budget. Faster HDD, better PSU, better CPU cooler, better mobo, less expensive RAM and GPU with no sacrificing power.
