You'll need to go to iFile and then go to /etc and edit the hosts file.

Give him your ip he must be jailbroken! then it should be fine! This is a wild guess but it might work im guessing!

1). On your jail broken phone go to iFile
2). Click on the top left of your screen var
3). On the top left of your screen again click /
4). Look for a file that says "etc"
5). Open the "hosts" file in text viewer
6). Copy this into there ...

13). Download the file and extract the folder to the desktop.
14). Open "Ultrapowa Clash Server" In ADMIN!

In the extracted file open up "ucsconf" and type in here it says " <add key="startingGems" value="7500"/>" put in any number inside of "value="7500"/>" just don't exceed a billion.

If You're Stuck On Loading Screen!
Only 2 things you could've done
1). Didn't press return after entering the script into hosts file.
2). Was lazy and went on Google and searched my IP that is your public IP not your private!
