So the other day I got Fallout 3 GOTY on steam.
I can run the game fine, even on max settings. The problem is that there is an intense lag on the main menu, to where it can take up to a minute or two just to click onto the continue button, then the yes. It's not game breaking, but obnoxious and I'd like to correct it. I presume it's from the rolling clips, but I can think of a few games with clips rolling behind the menu that I can run just fun. Anyone have any suggestions or know how I can turn off the background animations to see if it fixes it? Thanks in advance.
