So I'm in need a of a new pc my current build is struggling now with the games and I'd like to play modern games on 60FPS at Ultra/High/Medium Settings instead of low and getting around 60 FPS .
Games I'd like to play decently:
Current Budget: 500 - 550 GBP (Pounds) Or $822 - $905 (But I am from the UK)
Things I DON'T require:
I came up with this but I'm sure someone can come up with something much better

Thanks in advance
PS - I'll be buying my pc parts on Friday
EDIT
--------------------------------------------------------------------
New build suggested by Sanctorum (thanks) with my slight adjustment

I think what you have would be fine. Maybe a 280x instead of the 770?

So, you have a £550 maximum budget for a CPU, mobo, case, GPU and PSU?
If you can manage a little over, you could get this;

It has a stronger GPU but no CPU cooler.
If you're going to be overclocking right away and need a CPU cooler, I'd go with something like this;

Thanks for the replies & build
Looks good, good to know
I was messing about a bit and came up with an i7 build instead but like many others say i7 isn't really needed

Guess I'll research it a bit more and see which way benefits me more I guess I can stretch the price but I am saving for more important things but if it greatly increases the performance then of course I wouldn't mind

-Keiron wrote Thanks for the replies & buildi7 wouldn't really be beneficial in any way. It's only going to help if you make use of the hyperthreading, which you won't really in games. If its within your budget, no doubt get an i7, but for you, instead of getting the i7, you could go with my 2nd suggestion(R9 280X and CPU cooler) and use the extra £40 or so for a better case, which trust me, definitely helps big time.

This is true just thought I'd see if I could make it a bit more future proof for future games and software over the next few years. Hmm I do like the bit fenix case design but I will look into better air flow cases.
Thanks
I'll post back any build changes I make. If anyone else has any suggestions feel free to post

-Keiron wroteWith a Z97 chipset board you can easily upgrade to an i7 if you ever need to. An i5 is going to be more than enough for gaming. An i7 will give slightly better performance in Crysis 3 and BF4 as they utilise hyperthreading but I wouldn't say it's worth the extra £70, especially since other things can be upgraded instead which would be more beneficial.Sanctorum wrote-Keiron wrote Thanks for the replies & buildi7 wouldn't really be beneficial in any way. Something like this will be great for now, if you can afford it;

If you have a little more to spend, spend it on a more powerful GPU. The GTX 770 performs slightly better than the R9 280X for an extra £40, or for an extra £100, you could get an R9 290 which is a beast.

Thankyou for the feedback
But I'm not really planning on overclocking for a while until it starts to struggle at least as it should run well enough to what I want without needing the overclock:) so is the Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler really needed ? Or would you just recommend the Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler anyway ? Or go for the original cooler I had chose and put the money towards a 770?

-Keiron wrote Thankyou for the feedbackHonestly, if you're not overclocking, the stock cooler will be fine. If you don't plan on overclocking any time soon and can stretch your budget to £600, this would be a good choice;

The R9 290 is a fantastic GPU at a great price. The S340 is a beautiful case, also at a fantastic price. A 500W PSU will be fine. The i5 at stock will also handle games perfectly fine.

Kinda wanna keep in the 500 - 600 range but I came up with something like this changing the case but saw it has a decent amount reviews but tbh I did like the case you had picked out so I may just drop the R9 290x 4GB & get the GTX 770 & Get the case you recommended as well as watercooling as so:
