Hi, I have a flashed Xbox 360. It plays all the games I burn very nicely. The problem is, I can't seem to burn games that are 8.5 GB. I bought 8.5 GB dual-layer Verbatim discs today, but they don't work to burn 8.5 GB games. The size of the disc formatted is 7.96 GB (apparently 8,547,991,552 bytes). The games I want to burn are 8.13 GB (8,738,846,720 bytes). What do I need to be able to burn these games? How do other people burn them?

Thanks!

You need to burn them with a higher capacity DVD... A bigger file won't fit on a smaller device...

I have this:

Isn't that what I'm supposed to be using?

Just use the burner max pay load tool.
There's no need to flash your drive to burn XDG3 anymore.

Thank you! I've been looking for that list. I've been ripping up old computers sideways trying to find a compatible DVD drive.
