Yeah, i'm no help in this type of "help" situation, you'll most likely need one of the sellers's help. I wish you luck on fixing this problem though.

Has there been anything that could have fell on the motherboard? I've had the exact same thing happen to me when i installed a CR3 Lite and i had a little centimeter of solder fall on a part of the motherboard and it bridged two points that aren't supposed to be bridged and had this happen. I found the solder and removed it and it is working now. Try looking and seeing if you can find anything that fell on the motherboard and could have bridged points or so etc.
