It should be up to you and you only what you get.
You should know from your research which suits you the best.
I would never get a Zeyphr for the things i would do.
If your getting one to Mod COD a Zeyphr wouldnt be my recommndation. You realize your gonna need to buy KV's and a server or get Offline files which will probably need more KVs
