Is there a way you could modify a KV to unban it so you dont have to keep buying them? Im sure there is some way...

No sorry, all the KV's are stocked in the MS Database and then blacklisted when it is banned, there is definitely no way to "unban" or "generate" KV's. (except if you hack the XBL database)
