exactly what the title says i dont have skype only aim. and im on the latest dashboard, i just want to set it up right so my kv doesnt get banned instantly. will +rep

It comes with a .TXT tutorial. Honestly it's very simple. You really should use google.

1. Create a folder called XboxLiveLogon on the ROOT of your HDD:
2. Put your KV.bin & CPUkey.bin in the XboxLiveLogon folder.
3. Place the Launch.ini I provide you on the ROOT of HDD: (Not in the XboxLiveLogon folder)
4. Open up dashlaunch.
5. Press RB and go down to HDD: and load the Launch.ini by pressng A
6. Once you done that, you can press RB and go back to plugins. You should see that the first one, and second plugin is done for you.
7. Once the first to are done for you with the XboxLiveLogon/XboxLiveLogon.xex and xbdm.xex you can add any other plugins you want in the remaining slots.
8. Once you added whatever other plugins you want, press RB again. Go down to HDD: and press X to save to Launch.ini
9. Now all you have to do is reboot
