Just finished Hunter x Hunter, would strongly recommend it. Possibly best anime/show I've ever seen.

1: Date A Live -- (Ecchi: A very.. unique story w/ awesome characters and.. stuff.)
2: Naruto: Shippuden -- (Yeah I know, but I've really enjoyed the last 6 months of minimum-filler Canon.)
3: Haiyore! Nyaruko-san -- (Ecchi: I honestly have no idea how to describe this anime, you'd be better off checking out the first ep and seeing for yourself.)
4: Soul Eater -- (A dark anime w/ a decent story + lovable characters, how can you not like it?)
5: Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! / Ren -- (A romantic "slice of life" anime w/ a decent story and lovable characters, 1st season was better imo)

There's probably anime I thought was better, but it's late and I cbf to remember them.

You may want to read the Rosario to Vampire manga, if you liked the anime you should really like the manga. Though I guess I should warn you that if you do read it you'll more than likely not like the anime again... The anime hardly follows the manga at all, so it's kind of like a brand new story to read if you were interested. I didn't like the anime at all myself but the manga was interesting.
