I'm planning to send my off my old xbox 360 elite (120gb) to be jtagged the power supply as Ives checked is a jasper...

Is my dash No. Stopping me from getting it Jtagged
Dash No. 2.0.14719.0

Any feedback will help I'm a complete novice at this and I want to try it for myself
Thanks

Yes it is. You will only be able to use RGH2/R-JTAG.

RGH2 is worse because of the long boot times (can sometimes be several minutes on problematic consoles).

R-JTAG is similar, as it usually boots almost instantly - however the chip has now been discontinued and so it is unlikely that you will find a seller offering a service to install one.

Your best bet would be to wait for the CR4 XL chip to be released, as TX are promising boot times within 5 seconds on all consoles.

EDIT: Oh, and 600th post.

When is the CR4 XL chip being released ?
And is not worth it with the R-Jtag now ?

Probably next month.

The R-JTAG chip would be worth it, but it'd be difficult to find someone who is offering a service to install it as they're sold out pretty much everywhere.

It gets annoying having to wait several minutes to boot up every time.
