I have all 5 major gaming systems(Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, and a PC) and I don't understand why parents buy their 9-14 year old kids, Call of Duty, GTA, ect.

I hate going in an online game and KIDS scream in the mic during the loading scream or whatever.

Now, I have a deep voice so when people hear it, they're like "Oh you're a pedophile!" Or "You're like 50 kid!"

I was called "constipated" because I didn't sound like the average player on Xbox so I scratch my head because, am I being the odd one out because I sound like how EVERY gamer on these types of games should sound?

Another thing is( Off Topic ), I extremely hate when people spell words with numbers. So when I pronounce people's gamertag the way it presents itself, I get called a dummy by some f****** pipsqueak? For example, the the gamertag could be "4pple" so I'll say, "four-pple".

Yes, I know I can mute them, but I shouldn't have to worry about running into these kids.

The point is, PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE let these immature "gamers" find something that fits their maturity level.

Welcome to our generation.
I see this kind of immaturity all the time when I am playing GTA, call of duty especially.
But thing is there parents don't care, and this will never be stopped. Half the time I just mute them and carry on, most times I am with my friends and I don't hear them because I am in party chat, that's where I try to stay anyways.

Also the gamertags shouldn't matter, it's xbox. Your there to play it, not worry about the way the gamertag sounds/looks. Personally I don't care what the gamertag is, I mean I could care less about "OG" gamertags, or if they are spelt wrong.

I'm pretty sure parents realize this when they're purchasing the game but are uncaring. Then the parent gets mad because their child is using language and stuff after being effected and "blame the game".

when i use to work at gamestop and 10 year old kids are trying to buy CoD or GTA, i would tell their parents that its rated M for mature (because im suppose to) and first they are like, oh thats oka but then i tell them the reason why its rated M and after they hear all of it, i swear, their eyes are wide open and cant believe that a game could have that in it and they get really mad at their child for trying to get that game. ive done that to about 50 kids/parents in a 2 year span.

it brings a smile to my face knowing i helped get kids out of the CoD and GTA lobbies so maybe others dont have to deal with them.

I agree with your rant and it happens to me all the time but unfortunately no rant will solve the issue. Parents seem to enjoy buying their young kids games that were produced for 17-18 year olds. I mean yes when I was younger I had GTA and violent games but back then there was no online so we could just blast the shit out of things without trash talking people. It seems the new generation are just more cheeky and arrogant than previous and to be honest it must be down to the fact that they can get away with sitting on Xbox Live or PSN and trash talking other people whilst their parents are oblivious in the other room. I remember when consoles weren't online capable and you actually had to have you friend over to converse or your sibling to come and play a game with you, I actually miss tho days hence my name being what it is because I (at the age of 18) still enjoy sitting down to play some single player on Nintendo64 or I'll play along with a family member or some friends on Mario Party or something because it's just fun. (No achievements, no nothing, you just simply played for fun with no stress). That's my thoughts on it anyway.

How about I go and play what I want to play? I pray, that I don't get into games with immature kids.
